- Shipping & Delivery
- Our standard shipping is Ground Service. Shipping times are based on typical Ground Service time frames. We ship on normal business days, Monday - Friday. Shipping charges are determined by destination, weight, and size of the package. We do not ship International or to APO addresses. For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii we do not offer ground service. Packages will be shipped via the lowest cost air service available. We try to process your order as fast as possible but in times of high demand orders may not be shipped until 3 or 4 days after the order has been placed.
- Privacy & Security
- We'll only send you emails if you sign up. We'll never give or sell your email address to another company. We hate spam as much as you do. We take great care to ensure that any personal information you give to us is secure and safeguarded at all times. We will not disclose any information about you to any person or company. We believe your privacy and information is yours and not ours to sell or disclose.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns must have a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Blackboxx Computers. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a product refund minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Customers returning products will incur all shipping charges to receive and return products. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of delivery. To receive a RMA number please contact the Return Department at RMA@blackboxxpc.com

- Warranty
- All of our products have a 2 year limited parts warranty. This does not cover defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner, defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect, defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind, products disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim, defects or damage due to spills of or immersion in food or liquid, scratches on all plastic surfaces and externally exposed parts resulting from normal use, and/or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Customers are billed at the time of order. If the product is shipped to an address in Iowa sales tax will be collected. Orders canceled prior to shipment incur no charges. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers must call for a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any shipments.
